I don't blame them for not wanting to burry his body there. I feel the same way about it because he wanted to bring all of that drama into their town and then people would expect to be able to burry his body there. that's wrong

There are three boys being charged with obstruction of justice because of the items they have that were Tsaanaev. They were withholding evidence that could have made a stronger case.

The three boys are being charged with obstruction of justice. I do think that they are being charged with the right crime because they were hiding evidence that may be used in the case of Tsaanaev.
The boys could have took control of the situation and maybe prevented the bombing by doing the right thing. Many because they were close friends of the suspect they didn't do anything, but that is no excuse at all.

Yes, inaction is a crime as long as there is an ability and opportunity to act towards the situation.

I would have turned the boy in and took the objects to the police. That would have been the right things to do and many the situation may have not turned out badly.

I think that it is and isnt wrong to have it on there. It's like an even thing because it's not telling exactly how to make a bomb in a pressure cooker but still it is the point that they shouldn't have it on there.

The zip code thing, that's just creepy. i think its strange how they can take just a few little digits and find soo much stuff about me and what i do.

the bill got shut down. Manchine is trying to get it going again but i don't think it will happen.
Part I

Research the possible consequences for the individual or group responsible for the Boston Marathon Bombing. Could the consequences be different if those responsible are citizens or non-citizens? Do these guidelines follow the US Constitution

The consequences for the individual or the group of people that are responsible for the bombing in Boston i think would be jail time, obviously. but i think it would be fair to put them in as life time because look at all of the damage they did. That was very serious and they need major things done to make them see what they did was wrong.

If the person wasn't a citizen, i think they might be sentences different by the ways it would  be back where they live, but still have regulations and stuff. I looked stuff up about this and couldn't find very much.

Jerk in a Box:
I think this is funny. It shows a guy coming out of a spring box with like a missle. To me, it states that they are being mean and not showing respect. They state "Boom goes the evil." Which to me is somewhat true. B

Egypt Violence:
This picture says a lot to me. Usually when I  took at a picture of the pyramid it reminds me of something pretty. In this picture, i see a lot of black and meanness. B

CANADA Quality Control:
When i first seen this photo it made me laugh. i had to definately read what the newspaper said and then put two and two together. to me, it means that they didn't take it seriously because they used a cartoon character who is funny. No one is going to take that seriously. B

Color Background Check:
I really like this photo. It makes a wonderful statement. in m yopinion, i think that image gets the point accross in many ways. They are trying to practically stop everyone from having guns, and guns don't kill people, people kill people. A

GOP Tax Switch:
I like this photo as well. It's stating that they are very unlikely to allow tax hikes for entitlement reforms. It also shows off a bad quality i think the government has, Lies. That's just my opinion about that. A

I think I would have to agree with the statistics. I think that it may consider the brain age of each individual for that as well. There are people that are considered adults that don't think or acts as adults, still as a teenager whom is driving. So, that would just depend on how each of the people think and the way they are.

The Fiscal Cliff is the newest discussion topic with Obama and the Senators. They need to decide what's going on and when they're going to do it. I think they need to hurry up and decided what's going on and do it now!

BR 1/2/2013

On December 31, 2012 at midnight, the house approved of a bill that would end last year's temporary payroll tax cuts. At the same time, the spending cuts agreed upon as part of the debt ceiling deal of 2011 will begin to go into effect. The Senate version passed two hours after the deadline, and the House of Representatives approved the deal 21 hours later. The governement techincally went "over the cliff" since the final details weren't established until after January 1st. The Congressional Budget Office estimates that current plan includes $330.3 in new spending during the next ten years, and it will increase the deficit by $3.9 trillion in that time period despite raising taxes on 77.1% of U.S. households. The agreement currently on the table raises tax rates to 39.6% from 35% on individual with income of more than $400,000 and on couples with incomes of more than $450,000. It also lets the 2% payroll tax cut expire and delays spending cuts for another two months. Unfortunately, the fiscal cliff isn't the only problem facing the United States right now. At some point in the first quarter, the country will again hit the "debt ceiling" - the same issue that roiled the markets in the summer of 2011 and prompted the automatic spending cuts that make up a portion of the fiscal cliff.

It would be a terrible thing to see from an airplane. You're stuck in the air watching someone steal things from your trailer. What would you do? You can't really jump from the plane to save your stuff.

Inaugaration.

This past Sunday was marked the day for Obama to swear in for his second term. It was a very exciting and cheerful television cast on Monday. Beyonce sang the star spangled banner. Obama participated in the Inauguration parade. 1.8 million people attended the inauguration in 2008. This year though only about 800000 people were expected to attend. Obama said that he wanted to give meaning to our freedom. He called it a privelage to be returning for a second term. Republicans werent impressed by his inauguration speech. They criticized it because they said he didnt outreach enough. The president and the vice president went to a church in front of the White House. Thirteen thousand military and law officers watched over the procceding Saturday because of the large number of people attended. Michelle wore a red dress to one of the balls. It was the 57th inauguration cermemony. During his speech he says that we are all truly created equal. The presidental inauguration takes pretty much all day and night. It was actually a week of events. That week included balls, a parade, and many other things. Obama embraced gay rights and the fights against climate change. He also states that he will reduce the federal deficit without shredding the social safety net. He was sworn in by Chief Justice John Roberts.
